There is a fresh and fevered race to both maintain a customer base alongside the new players in the market who are offering something different and want a piece of that foodie dollar.
Many are spending on Facebook and Instagram ads, turning to influencers and blogs to raise their visibility and drive sales. There is a clear spirit of experimentation, a drive to survive, and a desire to thrive during this time.
