The Caribbean Seed Fund is an early-stage investor-managed fund combining access to deal flow, education, and networking.
As a Co-founder leading the charge in terms of deal flow. CSF’s deal flow will primarily come from the network of entrepreneurs whom I have worked with for the last 16 years, having been an event organiser for over 300+ events across 10 Caribbean countries plus the US and UK Diaspora startup communities and tech hubs, I’m always expanding my meticulously cultivated international network of entrepreneurs and investors who are seeking to do business together.
Added to that, I also have large email lists from my media platform SiliconCaribe, and our signature Tech Community – Kingston BETA, as well as worked with and mentored entrepreneurs across various Caribbean hubs.

US and Jamaican Investors, Investing Together
For the first time experienced US-based investors, many with corporate relationships in the US, are joining Jamaicans to invest in early-stage scalable startups in the Caribbean.
First-time investors will work side by side with experienced angel investors with a track-record of success. Investors will expand their own professional networks as they build relationships.
CSF has some distinct advantages:
Expertise and Experience By including experienced investors alongside first-time fund members, we create an opportunity to learn from the best
Committed Capital Having committed capital, funded by its members provides confidence for VC funds and startups that the CSF will close on committed investments
Professional Negotiation Provides for a stronger negotiation power compared with an individual angel investor.
Membership Participation Members are awarded part of the carried interest (fund profits) based on participation in the fund; Members can participate in the investment process as much or as little as they like.
